Description:
Work involves scheduling work crews using Smartsheet software, similar to MS Excel. There are customer service calls daily, with construction jobs ranging from a few hours up to a month… The scheduler needs to make sure they get the work engineered and crews go out in the field to take care of everything. It' s all workflow management and coordination for 12 internal crews and another 12 crews from the contractors. They don' t get into cost at all, no P6 schedules, etc. Excellent people skills is an important factor. This person will be working with coordinators and contractors, getting information to put into the system. There will be some local site visits to meet with coordinators and contractors to get a better understanding of the work going on in the field.


Required:
  • Very strong MS Office / Excel experience.
  • Construction industry experience is required.
  • Power transmission & distribution knowledge would be a plus.
  • Good communication skills.
