  • Will administer the document lifecycle (author, approve, publish, revise, retire, archive) for engineering and operational documents, including drawings, correspondence, procedures, and forms. 
  • The function supports and assists in defining standards and workflows for document management in collaboration with corporate records management.
  • Incumbent provides ownership of and leads the collection, authoring, publication, storage and retrieval of documents. 
  • Manage document processes and systems to ensure custody control and availability of documentation to site personnel, regional and corporate resources.
  • Administer the document life cycle (author, approve, publish, revise, retire, archive) for engineering and operational documents, including drawings, correspondence, procedures, and forms. 
  • Scan documents, update procedures, and create documents as required, electronic document templates.
  • Assist in the development/review and upkeep of project work plans.
  • Support, and implement records management and data governance standardization per regional and corporate operations compliance requirements. 
  • Assist with the development of document flow procedures.
  • Maintain master electronic project files through SharePoint 2013 and other systems.
  • Prepare records for inactive storage according to the Records Retention Schedules and work with Corporate Records Management Personnel on archival protocols.
  • Schedule, copy, scan and load documents as needed to perform distribution and storage duties.
  • Manage document processes and systems to ensure control and availability of documentation to site personnel.
